Driver charged with Impaired

On the 24th June 2011 at approximately 20:50 hours a plain cloths officer in an unmarked cruiser was overtaken by a Jeep TJ, beige in colour on Howey Drive, City of Sudbury. Uniformed officers were called to assist and subsequently conducted a traffic stop.

Investigation revealed that the accused was over the legal limit. CRACK, Kevin (24 years) has been charged with Impaired driving, and blowing over the legal limit. His drivers licence was suspended for ninety days and vehicle impounded for seven days.

"These charges have yet to be proven in a Court of law, and all accused individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty"
