Amandah Elizabeth Kohls, center, accepts the 2010 Rollande Mousseau Citizen Recognition Award from France Gelinas MPP & Rollande Mousseau.

Action Sudbury was launched twenty-six years ago through the efforts of Mayor Peter Wong, the Ryan family and other dedicated staff and volunteers.
To celebrate their Twenty-fifth anniversary Action Sudbury launched their Citizen Recognition Award to Honour the Spirit of Community.
The Rollande Mousseau Citizen Recognition Award recognizes a member of our community who demonstrates leadership and commitment in efforts to reduce impaired driving.
This year Action Sudbury has chosen to recognize the efforts of a dedicated and hard working young lady in our Community!
Over the past couple of years Amandah Kohls has made it her personal mission to raise awareness and to raise funds for Action Sudbury. A natural leader she has inspired many to give their time and talents to making Sudbury a safer place to live. Her determination has caught the attention of many. She never gives up, when she sets her sights on a goal.
When her goal was to raise funds for Action Sudbury, this student, worked with her employer Shoppers Drug Mart in Hanmer to host a very successful Awareness Event and Bar-be-que.
Please join us in congratulating Amanda Kohls, our 2010 Rollande Mousseau Citizen Recognition Award winner.
